inaccuracy in historical demographics

The 1897 all-russian census was based on language/mother tongue, not ethnicity. Russian and Ukrainian pages on "Demographics of Odesa" additionally have a source from the 1850s referencing actual ethnic composition, which shows that the share of ethnic Ukrainians has remained relatively stable between 1850 and 1926 (~22% to ~18%). Misspelled name
